Hi.ive made a order for x box series s with 24 month gaming ultimate for 19 pound a month on Sunday 30th October.i paid the 10 upfront .I haven't had a text or email to say when coming.does anybody know.i had confirmation email with order but it won't let me track it

If when you log onto your EE app click on the help and then it goes to messages

Basically I've been told it's with dpd and should get it within 24 to 48 hours

Well fingers crossed you get it I mean EE have usually always been good when it comes to items getting delivered but then again with Christmas coming up there possibly could be a lot of people placing orders

No msg from ee today.although I did msg them and got told it could take 7 days so I should get it by the 10th at the latest.which is different to last night

Yeah I rang them again this morning and got told I should get a tracking number today if not phone them back tomorrow but I just don’t know from getting told they weren’t in stock yesterday and it should be 6-7 days too hopefully getting a tracking number today hopefully

Well been on to ee again today as still no msg.i did get promised yesterday I would have it today.and no I haven't got it.the person I spoke to today said maybe 1 to 2 days.i said I was told that Wednesday.he said I shouldn't have been told that.i feel like they havnt got any and just telling us what we want to hear to get rid of us and on to the next customer.they did say that they have up to the minute stock quantity.i said so why on Sunday when I ordered did I get told it would be 2 to 3 days and its now Friday and u tell me 1 to 2 days.he didn't have an answer just said sorry

Yeah I rang up yesterday and then got told it’s in the warehouse waiting to be picked up but obviously as you know the day before they weren’t in stock I just don’t know what is going on at all now
