I get game pass ultimate with my package. I haven’t received a code and when I try to activate it it just keeps refreshing. Can anyone help?

Has it been more than 14 days since activation? If so, when you log into your account and go to subscriptions > manage gaming, do you see the option to add this?

Hi Debbie, I'm in a similar situation but with the package from getting a Meta Quest 3. it's only 6 days since receiving the package but was hoping to access it quicker. There's nothing on my subscriptions
