Hi

We have switched to EE broadband but my son cannot connect his PlayStation. All of our mobile phones still show the previous provider details and when we try to log in to EE it says unable to connect.

Please help.

What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?

You should tell all your devices to Forget their current WiFi network connection & reconnect using the SH Pro's WiFi creds.

Try setting up the Compatible WiFi SSID & connecting to that.

Do the previous network details still show as available despite your old Hub being disconnected?

If so, it is possible that you've used the feature to "Transfer your devices" when setting up the Hub which changes the Network Name and Password on the EE Smart Hub Pro to the same as your old Hub to allow your devices to connect seamlessly.

This would have no negative impact on your services, and they would still be from EE, regardless of what name shows on the network.
