So i am pretty much fuming at this point.
Got an xbox series x gaming add on bundle to be added to my plan, xbox was received last monday, set up the xbox and put all the profiles on it.
Didnt actually tart using the xbox till thursday this week, well its been non stop crash after crash after crash, any and all series x/s games continously crash, fortnite crashes after pressing A on the start screen, the crew motorfest cant get 15 minutes of play with out a crash, forza horizon 5 wont load past the continue menu at the start.
But the topping on all of this is that EE themselves wont accept a return and swap for the xbox and microsoft want to swap for a refurbished xbox even though this console is brand new.
Im at a loss for what to do apart from making one massive complaint to EE and see if they will swap.
By my consumer rights EE should accept a return and send me a new console especially with it being 6 days old.
Any one else come across this.

If you are within 14 days then contact EE and tell them you want to return the console as it is faulty. They cannot reject your request. They wont swap it and you'll need to apply again once your return is processed.
