Hi, I've had the text for game pass ultimate 12months with my broadband in early April, but I've not been able to activate since.
The gaming page the link has given me says the page isn't working right now (http://ee.co.uk/go/gaming).
Can anyone help?

Hi @Ritonge, sorry you're having trouble claiming your Game Pass. Have you set up your EEID as you will be able to claim it by logging in there. If you're still unable to get it claimed call us on 0330 123 1105 and one of our guides will be able to help you get it claimed.
