I cannot activate my gamepass with the links provided by EE. Is there any other way to do this? I am finding it hard to reach someone who can help me

It is a little different for your broadband account. If you aren't able to do this in the EE online account or EE app, it would be best to give our customer service guides a call, and they'll be able to bring up your account and help to get it activated.

As of 14/08/2025, my Game Pass isn't working on my Xbox despite having it as part of my mobile contract as an add-on. There have been no issues in the past, even when moving on to a new contract.
