Could you try texting EE GAMECARD to 150? Does that help you redeem the Game Card?

It's not redeeming the balance that's the issue it's spending it, the company you've appointed to redeem the balance for game pass codes (Waivpay) has taken the balance and not sent a code twice. Yes I did message them multiple times.

Do you know if the codes have been sent into your spam/junk folder? Hopefully, when Waivpay reply to you, they can help get this sorted.

Finally got through to 150 on the 1st, they gave me an email address, I sent an email to it, no response, sent another a week ago, no response. Would be better if you just didn't give these cards away rather than having to learn how terrible EE customer service is. 😑

I am sorry you have not had a response after sending the email, I would suggest giving us another call on 150 and the team will see if they can raise a webform for you or let you know the next steps to get this resolved.

They hadn't even heard of it, he had to get his supervisor to give me an email, you want me to go back in this carousel again? Eurgh this company, noted for when my contract runs out.
