Wired connection for PS5 not getting close to speed guarantee

Hey, has anyone got any advice before I call EE? I have a wired connection to my ps5 but its only getting 130mb download when I pay for 500mb with speed guarantee. ps5 is next to router. Any ideas how to improve this? I have set the additional settings to automatic mode

- What cat cable are you using.
- Have you tried anything else connected to the same cable.
- Can you try connecting to WiFi and ensuring your PS5 wifi settings are set to 5GHz only.
Your speed checker on the PS5 goes via the PSN network. I find WiFi better (set to 5GHz) over ethernet on my PS5, but as the adapter is not great and the PSN network can be slow sadly.
