Did you mean:

Eero 6 pro not connecting to internet.

I’ve just moved over to EE from Sky, where my eero was working fine. I’ve reset the eero and when going through the setup process it’s trying to ‘register’ with the internet but cannot connect.

I’ve checked the cables and know they work. I’ve reset the eero and the router several times? Including full resets.
Ethernet cable is definitely in the WAN port and the WiFi on the smart hub has been disabled. There’s nothing else in the Hub settings I can see that would make any difference.

Any advised appreciated.

Hi @kevstott82

Which hub do you have.

If you search the forum you'll likely find that the issue is the delay on the ethernet port on the EE hub. There are many threads on the issue and it will connect eventually.

This is a well reported issue.

Thanks

If you are still using the EE Smart Hub (which 1?) & connecting the Eero to it, should the Ethernet connection be LAN port to LAN port?

Can't the Eero be connected directly to the ONT w/out the EE SH?

What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?
