Broadband is not working. Raised a complaint and got reply it can be fixed within 4 days. There wont be any reimbursement for the 4 days without internet which is gonna effect my work. Same night i got an email saying my complaint is closed but internet is not up. Tried to register complaint, website and app was not working. Tried calling them next day, they dont have a clue how i got the email saying the complaint is closed. Reopened the complaint again and waiting for it to be resolved.

Is it?

They told me it will be fixed within 4 days. And if its not fixed after 4 days then i have to complain again for compensation starting from the fifth day, not after 2 working days.

Well, that's EE's promise mandated by Ofcom. It should be auto but you shouldn't be counting w/end days.
