Unable to set up Xbox gamepass

I recently got an Xbox series X as an add-on, have followed the link to set up a activate this, entered my number and verification number. What loads next is a blank white screen. 
I have tried this on my phone, my wifes phone, my laptop on 3 different browsers - it all shows the same thing. 
I have cleared the cache and cookies.
I've tried on mobile data and wifi.

Seems extremely frustrating as I'm paying for 24 months of xbox game pass but cannot activate it. I have an Xbox and no games.

Guess what issue has reared its ugly head again. It's now September and there are issues in setting up Game Pass. Similar to before. I only joined EE so I could get the Game Pass add-on. Support don't really seem to know what's going on

Jamie, I assume you tried Aaronjensons workaround dated 2/6/2023 ?

Logging in and changing the url etc

That worked for me.

On my windows tablet I deleted all my history and signed out of my account on microsoft edge. I went to ee.co.uk/xbox and logged in to my ee account. After this is will take you to the home page. On the url delete the word shop and input xbox. Then try these steps again.

Hi,

Yes, sorry, I should've said I tried that workaround and unfortunately that no longer works.

I am greeted with this lovely error message.

Are you able to try doing it on Microsoft Edge on a desktop/laptop device?

Having the same issue. Been 48hrs now and I put the code in the for one time password and it comes up Technical error please try again later.

I’ve tried all the work around on here and phoned up customer support 

been told: oh we will raise a ticket.

not happy that I’m paying for a service the children and I cannot use.

Same issue here, just been told that it’s an issue at Xbox’s side and I need to contact them after going through all the steps talked about in this thread! Guessing it’s an issue with EE’s website!

Ours now works after I did it via 4g not WiFi

And did ee.co.uk/Xbox

It then automatically came up activate and then took me to Xbox site where you press next on the redeem code page.

No code gets put in by you. It gets done behind the scenes
