Unable to set up Xbox gamepass

I recently got an Xbox series X as an add-on, have followed the link to set up a activate this, entered my number and verification number. What loads next is a blank white screen. 
I have tried this on my phone, my wifes phone, my laptop on 3 different browsers - it all shows the same thing. 
I have cleared the cache and cookies.
I've tried on mobile data and wifi.

Seems extremely frustrating as I'm paying for 24 months of xbox game pass but cannot activate it. I have an Xbox and no games.

Why? They will just tell me to contact xbox again

Same here, multiple devices, browsers, mobile on/off.

Copy and pasting links, clicking link direct.....................

Nothing, blank screen after blank screen after blank screen.

I have see multiple posts over the last two years regarding this issue and not one solution.

Should be simple, click the link, activate, get a code.

Sadly it's a pain in the backside.

It's obvious it's an EE issue so can we have a solution please ?

I've just been emailed by the person I spoke to this morning and they've said they are aware of an issue and it's under investigation but as you say its been going on ever since they introduced game pass so I'm doubtful they will be able to fix it

If you call us on 150, the team will be able to run through troubleshooting with you to get this looked into further.

if you try to follow the link to verify/activate game pass now, you get a page that says "ERROR - We're working on fixing this page" so hopefully this will get resolved. 

Any estimation on how long this will take to fix?

I have no idea, I am in the same position as you so don't have any inside knowledge, i just thought I would try it again

I know folks have said they have been on the phone to them already, I'm on the phone now - hoping I get somewhere!
