Ps portal not connecting

why will the ps portal not connect to EE on my iPhone hotspot? Connected to a friend’s o2 and another on giff gaff using their sim in my phone so it’s not phone it’s the network. Any suggestions

Hi. Yes other phones, my iPad connected fine to my hotspot just not the ps portal. It’s not my phone as other networks work with the ps portal in my phone so it’s something on the EE network with the ps portal.

Same problem
installed EE APN ivp4 from GitHub
give it a google, works like a dream
works by vpn, took all of 30 seconds

I installed the same one and I can connect my hotspot but I get an error “sorry but something went wrong” but it works with my WiFi and friends data, do you know how to fix it?

I spoke to your tech guides who said it’s a PlayStation issue. It isn’t. It’s an issue with EE router settings

PlayStation have been through port forwarding with me , reboot router. pS5 and nothing works. EE shouldn’t be selling a product that can’t work away from home due to its own router settings.
