I purchased the xbox game bundle

I purchased the xbox gaming bundle with £150 voucher and ultimate game pass, I've not had any text or email just the xbox itself. I have called ee and they said they would contacted with 24 hours nothing yet 3 days later and ive emailed and not had a response.

How do I claim these items that were sold as part of the bundle. Not getting any answers and it's a gift for Christmas

We certainly don't want you missing out on the Game Pass, so I'd recommned reaching back out to our team, and they'll be happy to take a look into what is happening with this, and  get this sorted.
