I tried to purchase a Xbox series X console twice on line earlier using 2 different payments, both attempts ended with an error after payment method had been confirmed. Have sent emails to customer support and await a response. My question is can I purchase tomorrow at a local EE store and still have my blue card discount applied?

@Kezar001 You don’t get a discount because you have a blue light card for a console That is to get a discount on a tariff. Ie sim only, tablet or phone contract .
There is no email address for customer support so you’ll not get a response from that.

Ok thanks, I think the system should have not accepted the blue light code though before accepting the code and going through the payment process and bouncing the order at the very end of the process. Thank you for explaining 👍

Just checked with blue light card website and it specifically says £50 off Xbox series x, and accepts the code at payment but right at the very end of process comes up with error message

If the offer is for the EE Store, it would only be able to be used when ordering through EE Store | Gaming, Smartphones, Laptops, TVs, & Smart Home, not through one of our high street stores.
Have you tried clearing the cookies and cache from your browser and trying to order again?
If it still happens, are you are to try another device or browser?
When you sent an email, was it through the link on the EE Store Contact Us page?
