Xbox Ultimate Bundle £30 per month not received game pass

Hi,

 

as the title states I have bought the £30 a month black Friday bundle, I have received my £150 EE gamecard voucher and the console, it has been 13 days and have not received my Xbox Game Pass 24 month subscription?

I ended up adding it to my account to see if that would help but it is telling me it will charge £12 per month, does anyone know how I can go about getting this rectified, I was on the phone to Customer services for 40 mins and got no further forward.

Feel like ive been done a bit with this Bundle, Considering I'm paying over £700 just for an xbox and a £150 voucher.

We recommend it can take up to 14 days to receive the redemption message for your Game Pass. 

Did you purchase this console outright, or was it added to your account to pay monthly?

it was the pay monthly addition to my mobile bill. 

£30 per month for 24 months, if I don’t receive it today l what should I do??”

Did you receive it? Was it a text or email?  I am currently waiting for the same thing, games pass and £150 voucher day 10 and not received it yet.

Welcome to the EE Community

 

You would usually be notified when the Game pass is available by text, but have you tried going to ee.co.uk/xbox and entering the number the Xbox has been added to? Once you confirm a PIN it would show there with an activate link. 

The Game Card would be sent by text, if you have not received anything to the number please give us a call on 150 so an agent can raise a form with our product support team to help get it resolved.

I will try this now, I have spoke to a few agents as I was first told I would get it within 5 days then when I hadn't they said it was within 7-14 days of recieving the Xbox, Im not bothered about the games pass as such they already have one active it's the voucher they are desperate to buy games.

I have just tried this as it says there is nothing to activate 🤷🏼‍♀️

@CG__26 This is an Xbox bundle that is being paid monthly on your mobile bill, is that right? If you go into the add-ons in your online account is the Xbox bundle showing on the number you entered on the website? 

If the Game pass is not showing as an add-on on that number you would speak to our technical team who are able to add it manually if it has not automatically added. Once its added it would show there available to activate. 

With the Game Card, it should be sent by text within 2 working days to the number the bundle was added to, after that it would need the form sent I mentioned.

Yes correct it's the add to plan same as above, I will give customer service a call thank you
