Hey. My Playstation Portal cannot connect to my PS5 on EE mobile data. Using Android phone. I can connect on WiFi at home, WiFi away from home and mobile data with Three and O2 - only EE mobile data not working.
I also cannot get the PS Remote Play app on my phone to connect using mobile data.
This is clearly an EE problem. Anyone got a solution or know when this will be fixed?
Edit: I have tried the EE mobile data connection with and without VPN enabled. Didn't make a difference.

Hi There,
I was just wondering if you have found any good solutions to fix this as EE can’t sort this out themselves it outrageous as they are selling this and don’t know that there NAT type won’t let them use it wherever NOW here is the problem O2 and Three (3) has no problems at can connect anywhere at anytime now whoever EE person replying to this please don’t tell PlayStation to do the job as it’s ur company Your NAT type so Please tell the community how to fix this or just change ur service

I have this problem too. Did you ever find a solution?
I have a far fetched method that may work but it would be expensive.
Get your ps5 to connect to a phone hotspot instead of broadband. Then when you try to connect to it, it wouldn't be the ee router stopping you. But it would cost you a lot to run it like this. Please can someone give me a better method 🤣

This link does not answer the question, the issue is connecting to the PS5 portal using EE hotspot or mobile data plan.

I’m also having the same issue and it seems EE seem ignorant of the issue and a resolution to its fix
