I've tried numerous times either adding a playstation portal to my account to pay monthly or even outright adding it to the basket to check out.
Each time it says having trouble logging me in, even though I already am. Messages also states it is an EE problem and contact us.
Issue is, nobody at EE knows anything or can help, or I keep being passed to the contact EE page. Honestly infuriating.
I've tried this on the app and online with different devices and browsers.
Can someone please suggest and give a specific flow on who to contact?

Are you trying to add this to a mobile account or is it a Broadband account?
