Anyone else having trouble ordering a Black PlayStation Portal on Add to Plan?

Cannot order on Add to plan the black PlayStation portal, it says the following: Something went wrong logging you in
It's our fault not yours, please try again later. If you continue to get this error please contact us.

can anyone shed any light on this?

@HenchJudyDench  Have you tried cleaning your browser history and cookies? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Yes, I’ve managed to order other items. It says that it’s in stock and then when I go to checkout it comes up with that message above. When I order led some beats the other day it let me do it no problem. Thanks

Yeah it's a right pain , Tried on numerous devices aswell 

My guess is that it’s out of stock and the website hasn’t been updated. But it’s been like it for a couple of days now. Any help would be appreciated from @Chris_B  on how this could be solved
