Is anyone else experiencing trouble ordering a ps5 from EE?
Tried ordering a ps5 & vr online from EE to take advantage of the pay monthly option.....I tried numerous browsers and a couple different devices but every time I logged in it would remove the pay monthly option and only allow me to buy now. I have been with EE for a few years now so it's not because I haven't been with them long enough. Eventually I called 150 and after approximately an hour I ended the call having, I was told, successfully ordered what I wanted with a text and email to follow to confirm. Not having received any confirmation the following day, called again and was told that the order had been left open as they didn't have any in stock and didn't know when they'd be in stock again. The website still clearly states the 3 devices I wanted are in stock.
Sorry to ramble but is there a problem getting them from EE? Should I just go elsewhere?
