I didn't receive a thing, no update , no response to my email nothing so I called EE sales and they told me the PS5 pro was in fact out of stock, its now the 21st my order was made on the 9th , I have now cancelled my order and am waiting for a refund which I'm in no doubt I will also have to chase. It's virtually impossible to get through to the sales department that actually deals with tech sales on their website unless you purchased it under your EE account using your mobile number [if you're an existing customer] To cancel my order I had to jump through hoops and get sent from one department to another, I was promised confirmation of the cancellation and I haven't even received that. I've been put on hold several times and the agent just hangs up , my guess is because they cant solve the issue or get me through to the actual department that would deal with my query. After eventually speaking to someone they promised me the cancellation had been processed and i should take their word for it, yet the EE app states otherwise and so does the email they sent me directly after requesting the cancellation [see attached images]. I paid in full by the way, not on credit and not on an EE account. I went with an alternative retailer and have received tracking and an expected delivery date on the same day I ordered. I also want to add that after ordering on the EE site , it kicked me out without order confirmation , the site glitched out , that should have been the first red flag, nonetheless the payment was returned 2 days later whereby i tried again and the order was placed [1-3 days expected delivery and showing as IN STOCK] but obviously not in stock....
