I want to warn people that it is so much easier to buy from elsewhere. There so many stories about people not receiving there 24 months xbox gsme pass and I'm another. I have been trying for over a month and spoke to so many people with zero help or answers. Told I will receive and text with a link, I never received any. They sent me links whilst I was on the phone and there was nothing to activate, gave me this email address (bhneegaming@waivpay.com) Was told to email and explain and they will send me my 24 months xbox game pass ultimate.
I emailed them with no reply and now everytime I ring ee I ask for a manager and there always off that day. I'm promised it's being escalated and someone will contact me and nobody ever does. I pay EE over £200 a month and the zero help for there customers in dreadful. Really is so much easier to shop somewhere else and get what your promised and paid for.

Thank you. I'll fill it in now. I've been told all the correct procedures have been followed so a manager needs to deal with it but nobody else wr rings me back and when I ring there's never a manager available.

Don’t hold your breath,
I submitted a complaint form on the 22nd November, absolutely nothing back other then a single “we will contact you when we have more information”

I'm sorry to hear that. I still haven't heard anything back yet and also very much doubt I will. As soon as my broadband, mobile contracts and everything else I have with EE are up I'll be leaving Been with EE/BT since 2017 and this is how they treat there customers.

Yep I got the quest3 for my boys for Xmas ment to get batman game and £50 ee game card and I've had nothing I've called them and just kept passing me on then made me feel like I was lying and used them honestly feel conned with it and now have two upset boys 😢

We had the same problem but ours was worse meta quest wasn’t working didn’t even charge and best of it had marks on the headband like it had already been used
