I ordered the PS5 Pro almost a month ago now, and I’ve still not been given a delivery date. I know the console releases this Thursday on the 7th, but I want to know if EE will be delivering it in time for release day.

i know some outlets have already begun delivering orders.

I am standing here looking at one sitting on the shelf of my local Smyths store.  Why did I bother ordering online!?  

If my PS5 Pro doesn't arrive by 5pm tonight I will not be accepting it and cancelling ghe order.

Local business will benefit.

Same, haven't had mine yet. Ordered a few days ago. I'm not in a rush but this is pretty bad of EE. Hopefully others see this and don't use them.

Oh and you can't cancel the order from the website either. The cancel button doesn't work. It's all pretty poor service from EE.

Shocking service from EE spoke to numerous sales team staff one said he didn't know the other said it's on back order/28 days other said it's in stock/next day delivery site says 1/3 days delivery when it's obviously there's a stock issue or lengthy back logs so why isn't the site saying order but with delay like they do with the iPhone when it's back ordered instead of a load of cobblers!

Mine says on its way now but the tracking number doesn't even work. What a mammoth balls up by EE. I've been a customer of theirs for over 10 years now too. Looks like I won't be going with them as an internet provider again.
