12 Month free Xbox Game Pass

Hi

I accepted the option for a free XBox Game Pass for 12 months when i got my new handset last year.

EE is telling me that as my 12 months is ending, I now need to pay or cancel by 16th November.

I have logged on via my EE app,  gone to Manage, then Plans & Subscriptions but there is no way there to cancel my subscription.

Can you help please.

I have logged on via my EE app . gone to Plans & Subscriptions but there is no where there to cancel my subscription.

My subscription was free for 12 months and now EE is telling me that i need to pay or cancel by 16th November.

Can you help please.

Hey there @nuclearstar, welcome to the EE Community!

I can see you've made a couple of posts about this, so we've just merged them all so they're in one place. 

When you log into the EE app, you should be able to find this by going to Manage > Manage Mobile > Make the right number is selected > Scroll to 'your add-ons and inclusive extras'.

If you're still struggling, it could be worth giving the browser version of your account a look at too.

Many thanks for your email.
Unfortunately, nothing that has been suggested by yourself, or in the on
line guides helped.
I rang EE and I was on a call for 1 hour and 3 different EE reps. Each one
experiencing a varying amount of problems, being able to locate the add on.
Finally, the 3rd rep found it and after a struggle, she was able to turn
auto renewal off.
There was no way I could have done it alone.
This is clearly something EE need to look into to save other customers and
EE reps, the problem in making this change.
