Hi
I accepted the option for a free XBox Game Pass for 12 months when i got my new handset last year.
EE is telling me that as my 12 months is ending, I now need to pay or cancel by 16th November.
I have logged on via my EE app, gone to Manage, then Plans & Subscriptions but there is no way there to cancel my subscription.
Can you help please.

Hey there @nuclearstar, welcome to the EE Community!
I can see you've made a couple of posts about this, so we've just merged them all so they're in one place.
When you log into the EE app, you should be able to find this by going to Manage > Manage Mobile > Make the right number is selected > Scroll to 'your add-ons and inclusive extras'.
If you're still struggling, it could be worth giving the browser version of your account a look at too.

I am glad to hear this is now resolved for you and apologise this has taken a few calls to remove the Game Pass.
