Where do I start!!!

I’ve called the call centre a number of times within a month, i cancelled my SIM only deal but to find out it’s still active? Finally got cancelled today.

today had an engineer booked in, called my phone?? As I gave simple instructions I will NOT be in and I don’t have a signal so please call my other half’s Moblie. They called mine but sadly I had NO signal said they knocked the front door. The person didn’t see the CCTV camera who didn’t knock the door, only took a picture that he was there. Messaged my other half saying no one was in but there was. I’m not happy at all. He played a very good game as if he tried to contact as proof.

clearly, untrained personnel who haven’t a clue how to do their jobs and us customers are getting failed.

I’m paying money out when Internet isn’t working.

@Lisa3419 Start it all again, there is no simple notes to pass on, the main contact is the contact that is it, arrange when you will be available would be the best bet.
