I purchased the Nintendo Switch bundle over 30 days ago and have not received my £50 game pass voucher. It seems impossible to get to find solution for this or to speak to somebody!

Yes I had an existing mobile account that I added this onto.

I'm very sorry this has not been resolved for you and this will need to be looked into for you by our mobile guides on 150, if you could contact us again on 150 and request that a Game Card escalation webform is raised which will be sent to our product support team who will then respond to help get your codes.
