I purchased the Nintendo Switch bundle over 30 days ago and have not received my £50 game pass voucher. It seems impossible to get to find solution for this or to speak to somebody!

As this has been over 30 days now, could you try texting EE GameCard to 150 from the phone registered on the account.

Which team do I need to speak to though? Because it’s not mobile or broadband or billing or upgrades, it’s such a farce trying to get through to them

I called 150, they didn’t have a clue. Told me to fill in a request form online. Filled in the request form, no response. Found another contact form for EE shop, they denied it had anything to do with them. This is a product that I signed a contract for with EE, I am billed for by EE, I was supplied with the product by EE yet no one at EE has a clue what to do. I have been mis sold a product MONTHS ago and am getting really **bleep**ed off now.

Just to check, did you purchase the Nintendo Switch bundle on an existing EE mobile contract adding this to your plan and paying monthly on your bill? 

Or, did you buy the bundle from the EE Store with no existing EE account?
