I recently moved from BT where I had the Xbox live game pass included but it doesn't appear to be included with EE - moved to EE at the recommendation of BT. Can seem to find it anywhere on the EE app or website

I don't understand how that would have been possible as it was never included in Broadband plans for the full term, only on a trial period, after which you were charged monthly for it until cancelled.
The only BB package sold by BT or EE that includes it for the entire term is the previously mentioned New EE 1.6Gb Made for Gamers bundle, which was never offered on BT.
However as an EE Broadband customer, if your mobile is with EE or you are looking to move to EE, you are able to take/upgrade to an EE One Unlimited Full Works SIM Only/Airtime plan on a 1-month-rolling contract at £29.50 which you can choose Xbox Game Pass Ultimate as an Inclusive Extra on at no extra cost.
More info on that can be found here: https://ee.co.uk/ee-one
Alternatively I believe there is a way to pay for Game Pass Ultimate through your Broadband account as an add-on, terms and conditions for which can be found here: https://ee.co.uk/help/terms-and-conditions/gaming/xbox-game-pass-ultimate

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is not included in the price/contract of any of the BT Broadband Packages, only a free trial for a period of time, which is no longer being offered after January 2025 on new packages on either BT or EE.
The only EE Package which includes Game Pass Ultimate within the contract is the 1.6Gb Broadband Made For Gamers package, but this is unavailable for BT to EE migrated customers.
If you were in the middle of a trial period that came with your BT Package (up to 12 months I believe, depending on the package) this would have been lost upon the closure of your BT account when switching to EE and taking up of a new package.
