Issue with game voucher

Hello I have recently purchased a series x with £70 voucher I have purchased both the £25 and £50 vouchers but only received a code for £25 is there anyway this can be solved ?

Hello I’m in a similar situation I received a voucher for £70 after purchasing a series X but once I had purchased the £50-£25 vouchers I only received the £25 code

I have recently purchased the Xbox series X I was given a code for £70 on EE game card , I could only use £20 so I called 150 and explained my situation so they have sent me a new code with pin but the balance is empty is there any way I can get my £50 code ???
