I'm having a bit of an issue - about a year ago, I bought a Gaming Bundle which included an Xbox, a gift card and a subscription to Game Pass throughout.
Every time I've tried to add the Game Pass, it's started billing me for it. I've explained the issue as carefully and clearly as I can and followed the instructions given to me both over the phone and via the web chat. Every single time, it's ended up with me being charged separately for Game Pass, even though I'm already paying for it through the bundle.
Has anyone else had this issue or have advise on how to get this fixed. If I'm being honest, I'd quite like the many many months I've ended up paying for it to be refunded but realise that's probably too much to ask from a company like EE.
