I switched to EE broadband from BT in January, I received the follow text from EE:
However it does not seem to have automatically activated as I now no longer have an active Game Pass associated with my Xbox account.

Welcome to the community.
If you login to your EE account online or the EE app, do you see any options to activate subscriptions? If there is, is the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate there to add for free?
If you don't see that option, or the Game Pass is chargeable, I'd recommend giving our broadband guides a call and they can access your account and help to get it added for you.
