Trying to inform EE that our area has been upgraded to full fibre broadband

I have been notified by Openreach that our area are now on a full fibre broadband network. They have asked me to contact EE (or alternative) to place an order to progress a Government voucher. However I am having difficulty in informing EE (I believe a connection will need to be made to the property to progress the voucher?) and then placing an order. I can't do this through the on-line account as of course it just has the legacy network on file. I rang on customer service no 0800 956 6000 but the operator talked a while without dealing with the issue and then placed me on hold for 25 mins until I rang off. Is there  a specific contact mechanism to progress our new full fibre situation.?

What does BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker estimate for your phone number? Post the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your phone number. If it doesn't recognise your phone number or you don't have one, use the Address Checker.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
