Resolved! Free 12 month Xbox ultimate pass expiring Nov 25.

I have switched off the ‘auto renew’. Does this mean I have cancelled the subscription and will not be charged £12.00 per month, or do I have to physically cancel it. I dread the thought of trying to ring due to previous experiences.
