I've just ordered a new phone and selected the Xbox game pass as a add on.
How do I proceed to use this game pass? Would I get a email or etc. I don't know how to redeem the add one

Hello. I’ve upgraded to a new sim only a good week ago now and have been getting an error message “We are experiencing technical problems right now, please try again later.” After following the ee.co.uk/xbox and inputting my number and then the confirmation digits.
is this a likely issue because it has not truly activated yet as I’ve seen apparently it actually takes 14days for a certain email/text message to arrive?

Hello. It’s showing I have the inclusive extra in the app. It allowed me to redeem on one occasion but appears to be a 30 day period. Now it has an exclamation mark telling it needs activation.

Your subscription will renew automatically each month as long as you keep the add-on on your account.
