I purchased a key on G2A today, and after activation, I went to turn off recurring billing, but when I choose the option, it tells me I purchased from BT/EE and doesn't offer the option to turn off recurring billing. I live in Italy and have never had BT/EE, I don't have an account with them.
I need help to cancel the recurring billing... I'm afraid it's a scam.

It sounds like you have purchased a subscription that is being billed to someone's BT/EE account.
Only the account holder will be able to manage this subscription via their BT/EE account.
I'd recommend contacting the retailer you purchased the subscription from for support.

I am sorry you would need to contact the seller, as only the account holder would be able to manage this subscription via their BT/EE account.

Sorry, only the EE/BT customer who is being billed for the service will be able to manage the subscription.
Please contact the retailer you purchased the code from for support.

But i don't want this subscription on my Xbox account. I know that is a more pepole with this problem. Where i shoud report this problem ? Can you give me email adres to BT support?

Sorry, account security would prevent anyone other than the EE/BT account holder from making changes to the subscription.
I'd recommend contacting the retailer you made your purchase from for support.
