I purchased a key on G2A today, and after activation, I went to turn off recurring billing, but when I choose the option, it tells me I purchased from BT/EE and doesn't offer the option to turn off recurring billing. I live in Italy and have never had BT/EE, I don't have an account with them.
I need help to cancel the recurring billing... I'm afraid it's a scam.
thank you

Hi @Kharn_45,
I'm sorry that we're unable to help you with this. As I mentioned earlier, account security and data protection would prevent anyone other than the account holder from making changes to the subscription.
If the account holder stopped paying for the service or removed it from their EE/BT account, the subscription you're using would be cancelled.

@Kharn_45 : What's your worry? You're not paying the subs; the EE/BT a/c holder is.
