Xbox Game Pass Ultimate - unable to remove subscription

Hi,

i'm not a customer of yours, but after purchasing an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate 1 month card from G2A.com, i noticed that now i have a subscription with you on my Microsoft account.
I asked Microsoft explanation about, but they cannot remove o modify the subscription, as is activated with an external partner (EE/BT).
Now, i see that i'm not the only one with this issue, and you are not providing any help (i can't understand why honestly).
But i have the physical card that has been used to activate the product, so i'm asking you please to remove or close this malicious account, because it's clear that is a fraud, and someone out there is paying with his credit card for our subscriptions.
I can provide any useful info if your support needs.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND ME BE TO MICROSOFT AS THEY CANNOT DO ANY CHANGE TO YOUR SUBSCRIPTION.

Thank you

Hi there @Shilow86

Thanks for coming to the community.

It sounds like you have purchased a subscription that is being billed to someone's EE/BT account.

Only the EE/BT account holder will be able to manage the subscription.

Please contact the reseller for support.

Thanks

Leanne.

Did you get a resolution to this issue as EE know nothing about it, it is clearly evident that this is a scam of sorts and BT/EE should be investigating this as a matter of urgency. It has also happened to me as well. It made me slightly confused as I do have an EE device but they knew nothing.

Hi,

in the end, nor Microsoft or EE helped me.
I've contacted the seller via G2A.com and he told me that the code he sold me wasn't 1 month but 6.
This is why it is still active now.
If you can contact the seller and he probably will help you.
Hope it will be helpful.
