Game Pass not active

My Game Pass Ultimate add on is currently showing as active on my add on page but according to the Game Pass app on my PC the subscription has expired, with the expiry date being 05/03/26.

Anyone else having the same issue or know what the problem could be?

Just to be sure with this one, has this subscription worked for you up until this date, and did you click the link in the confirmation text to link the subscription at our end to your Microsoft account?

Is it as a mobile inclusive extra that you're receiving this too, or is it linked to your broadband account?
