Apex Legends Issue

Hi there 

I just switched to EE after moving and .... yeah is good 1,6gb/s and 120 upload but ...... there is a issue I'm facing round and round in circle.

I think there is some kind congression issue when playing peak hours , when playing 6-8am no problems at all , suddenly after 10-12 ich game becoming unplayable.

Tried everything on my side , cable connection , wifi , nothing helping.

As a kinda pro player I want to have stable and reliable connection .As Apex is the main title I playing , problem is even more concern

Maybe there is someone who can take a look closer on the issue , ill be more than grateful

I completely understand how much you will rely on a stable connection especially whilst gaming. I would definitely recommend having a quick look at our Service Status Checker, this will show you if there is any issues.
