I bought this bundle last week, 8 days ago! I got the £160 EE Credit thing but nothing about the 12 month Ultimate pass, where is the pass?
I’ve since bought a month thinking it would come through by now but nothing.
anyone any ideas what’s going on? Or how I get the pass?

Did you purchase this bundle outright, or have you paired it with a mobile number to pay for monthly?
If it's the latter, can you please log in to your account either online or via the EE app, and see if this is showing in your add-ons?
