Why are EE still paying for my xbox live ultimate over 3 months after I left?

I left EE in September, my number ported 22/09/2025, but everytime I try to change my Xbox Gamepass Ultimate payment it is still managed by EE, I thought originally it was just residual subscription but to be honest, I left my xbox at my parent and just noticed gamepass was still active at xmas 3 months later

To get the Xbox Game Pass looked into and all detail de-linked so you can manage the account and change the payment information, please get in touch with our technical support guides. The team will check everything for you and if needed raise a webform which will be sent to the relevant team to get this sorted for you.
