Hello, I bought an xbox game pass code from G2a, after activating the code, I wanted to stop the automatic payment, but it was not possible to do so, because it is suddenly tied to bt/ee. Even though I have nothing to do with bt/ee. I contacted xbox support and g2a support, no one can do anything without you. Is it possible to cancel the subscription so that everything goes back to how it was before, that my subscription is not tied to bt/ee? As far as I understand, many people have been affected by this problem recently

It sounds like you have purchased a subscription that is being billed to someone's EE/BT account.

Only the EE/BT account holder will be able to manage the subscription.

Please contact the reseller for support.

It sounds like you have purchased a subscription that is being billed to someone's EE/BT account.

Only the EE/BT account holder will be able to manage the subscription.

i have already contacted both g2a and the seller i bought the key from, the seller is not responding to messages. are there any other options to do?

Sorry, we wouldn't be able to access the account of the bill payer without them contacting us directly and completing a security check.

I'd recommend raising a complaint with the retailer you purchased the subscription from.

I'm sorry to hear that, @xbox00 

I'd love to help you with this, but as mentioned earlier, the only person with control over this subscription is the EE/BT account holder who is paying for it via their account.

The seller answered me and said that he had no idea how to solve this problem. That everyone who has encountered the problem has returned to normal after a while, but I have had this problem for the second month.

no, xbox supoort and bt/ee as you can see say that there is nothing they can do to fix this problem, the seller also said that they don't know where they get the keys and that everything should work itself out, but it's already taken me two months , it's a nightmare

You would need to contact the seller and open a complaint if this is not sorted for you.
