I bought a Xbox Series X with 6 months free Xbox Gamepass Ultimate and was looking to activate. I followed a forum that said to go on ee.co.uk/Xbox to active it. When doing so it only said to redeem 1 month. Ive tried looking through the help area and found no ability to raise this issue and when calling EE there is no option to talk to a technician or discuss. How can I fix this or is this a case of failure to deliver goods/breach of contract?

If it is no longer giving you the option for any Xbox Game Pass, it would need to be looked at by our customer service guides.
If you give them a call and choose the option for billing, they can help you to get it activated for the full period.

Welcome to our community.
I'm pleased you managed to get this activated. The pass does say a month when it is added, but will auto-renew month on month for the length of time your offer is for, in your case 6 months.

Hi,
When I clicked activate, I got a text message saying it was activated but id have to pay £14.99 a month and so I replied with stop to cancel it as I was under the impression the 6 months were free with the xbox. Is this not the case and infact false advertisement? I returned to the ee.co.uk/xbox and when signing it no longer have xbox active option.

Oh sorry for the confusion I thought you had managed to activate it @Themarkedition
If you go to this page http://www.ee.co.uk/xbox, it should follow through the activation or say there is nothing to activate. Can you let me know what happens?
Rest assured if you have bought a package with the 6 months free offer, you will be able to get it.
