I have activated the Xbox Untlimate subscription but its not showing on my xbox

I've paid for my subscription but it's not showing on the Xbox

I've signed up to the PC pass instead of the Xbox by mistake. I now can't add the Xbox gamepass because I have a subscription already. Does this mean I can play the Xbox until my subscription with EE for the PC game pass ends in December. I've gone through all the screens logged on what feels like a million times as each screen just takes you to the previous. Can't help but feel John Connor would have lost if the machines used this confusing tactic.

My understanding is that if you have an existing subscription via Microsoft, redeeming it via us should upgrade this automatically.

In accidentally adding the PC version, was this with us or with Microsoft directly?

Also are you getting this as a free add-on for your mobile / broadband account, or have you just opted to purchase this separately through us?
