Can someone help me I’m trying to connect my PS5 but it’s not connecting to the internet saying I have to authenticate it through my router but have no idea how to do that? Tia

I’ve got a ps portal and when I try use my EE hotspot the data never works. It says can’t find connection. I just don’t understand why EE would sell ps portals for they’re phone data to not work as a hotspot

Unable to play EA FC 25 on PS5

I’m currently unable to play EA FC 25 Ultimate Team on PS5 due to an ISP issue on EE/BT’s end and it’s been unplayable since Thursday. There’s no fix until EE/BT look into it and it’s also affecting other games.
