Twice I haven't received a code, beginning to think this company doesn't live up to any promises after it failed me on broadband too.

Could you try texting EE GAMECARD to 150? Does that help you redeem the Game Card?

It's not redeeming the balance that's the issue it's spending it, the company you've appointed to redeem the balance for game pass codes (Waivpay) has taken the balance and not sent a code twice. Yes I did message them multiple times.

Do you know if the codes have been sent into your spam/junk folder? Hopefully, when Waivpay reply to you, they can help get this sorted.
