I bought an Xbox Series X on the black Friday deal which included £150 game card voucher and 24months game pass ultimate. I have activated the £150 voucher no problems but i cannot find / activate my 24months ultimate game pass.
This was part of a tech bundle not an all inclusive extra. What options on 150 do i need to press? I cant seem to contact anyone.

I got through to 150, they said the initial text never got sent to the mobile.
Ee.co.uk/xbox
I was told I had to click the link on my phone via mobile data not WiFi.
This then allowed me to activate it.
Very simple fix only took me 5 mins on the phone and another 5 mins activating and logging into my Microsoft account.

Welcome to our community.
Are you also a mobile customer with us and added the Xbox to your plan? If so, the text message to activate the Games Pass should have went through to your mobile number.

Have you visited ee.co.uk/xbox to set this up? Please try this using mobile data and switching off any WiFi connection.
Our customer service lines are currently open, what happens when you call 150 from your EE mobile?
