Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Bundle Offer

I recently purchased an Xbox Series X Digital Edition Console 24 month bundle with 6 months Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

However I haven't received my 6 months Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

I have used the link ee.co.uk/xbox but there is nothing to activate.

I received my Game card via a text message but still waiting on the Game Pass Ultimate... 

Hope someone can help

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Could you also try clearing cookies and cache or opening the link in a different browser to see if this helps? 

Does the Xbox Game Pass add-on show on your EE account? 

If not, I'd recommend speaking with our team, who will be able to check your account further to help get this sorted.
