i am really starting to think that EE was promoting this Hella Chill a complete Scam just for you to buy the game !!
I bought 2 games which cost me £119.98 on the 7th Nov !!! I ALREADY HAD THE GAME FREE ON X BOX GAMEPASS !!!
I bought 2 games just for the Hella Chill Codes, i tried the 150 nothing i rang EE and was put through to various depts who didnt have a clue !!!
i then eventually got put through to the gaming /electronics dept and was told it takes up to 28 days to receive the code ( 14 days of that was to make sure you didnt return the games ) its now at the 28 days !!! Nothing !!! i rang again and was passed to dept to dept and eventually was giving a email address to email them, which i did they told me they have 48 hours to respond its now 3 days later Nothing No Reply No Response Nothing !!!!
i am taking this further as i actually think this is a Scam just to sell games !!! On top of that i was told i cant return the games as its now past the 14 days !!! SCAM !!!!!!!

@DanniJo
its over 14 days to make sure your not getting a code to then just return the game. Basic promotion offer T&Cs that is and it stops people trying to scam to get something for nothing.
Many customers got a code so how’s that a scam ? It’s only a scam to those who missed out on getting one.
and the T&Cs
Purchase is deemed to be acceptance by the entrants of these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose this promotion without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable.
Take it further where ? your not entitled to anything it’s a promotional offer you didn’t purchase a code Your not legally entitled to a promotional offer.

You got the game that you paid for at the normal retail price for the game, the offer with buying the game is also separate entirely to the one that EE Mobile Customers could text to 150.
The terms clearly state that you should receive it within 28 days via email, but also that they reserve the right to withdraw the offer at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
Have you checked your email that your order confirmation would have went to, including spam folders etc?
