Hello
I ordered an Xbox series X and added it to my monthly bill on 13 June 2024. The bundle came with 24 months of Xbox game pass ultimate and £140 EE GameCard. I received the game card, however, I haven't gotten a code or text to claim the game pass. There's no option for calling to discuss this. How much longer do I have to wait? Who can I talk to?

You should receive a text within two working days. If you have not received this please text EE GameCard to 150 and let me know how you get on?

It's been 6 days and I still haven't received a text. When I text GAME PASS to 150, it tells me that I can add game pass for £12.59, which I don't want to do. When I bought the Xbox, it said that the game pass is included in my monthly cost.

You'll receive a text message with a link to activate your Game Pass Ultimate subscription as soon as your 14 day return period ends.
For the GameCard, have you tried texting EE GameCard to 150?
